Between January 21st and March 17th of this past year, the American Customer Satisfaction Index surveyed over 4,100 smartphone owners to learn what phone and company has the highest customer satisfaction. They surveyed owners of the top 10 smartphones based on three key factors: loyalty, value for money and product quality. Check out their finding in the chart below:
