Who We Are
It's simple. We're just three people - Tom Jetland, an award-winning chef; Mark Howard, an advertising executive; and Mark Dillon, an attorney - along with a top-notch staff, who love and believe in the vibrant, urban environment that exists in Central Phoenix. As long-time Valley entrepreneurs, we have integrated our specific areas of expertise to create, what we believe to be, an outstanding, comfortable dining experience for all of our patrons.
FEZ features an interpretive take on classic casual American cuisine with flavorings, spices and ingredients from the areas around the Mediterranean and Morocco. By taking simple and traditional items and infusing them full of flavor and spice combinations, we create delicious food in a contemporary, urban atmosphere - truly unique in the Valley!
Occupying over 4,000 square feet, with seating for over 200, FEZ offers a full menu, bar, lounge and outdoor patio with great urban views and vibe and plenty of free parking with easy access off of Central Ave and Portland Street directly across from the Roosevelt/Central Ave Light Rail Station. Over 70+ free parking spaces located in the Retail Parking Garage directly to the west of the restaurant.
