Mark Dillon, Co-owner

Mark Dillon is an attorney with Cassidy Turley Commercial Real Estate. As a partner in Ibiza Café and Wine Bar, Fez, Ticoz Resto-Bar and Switch, Dillon has proven his experience in restaurant management and financial operations. 

Mark earned his Bachelor’s degree from Harvard College, AB Magna Cum Laude, in 1989 and completed his JD (Cum Laude) from Georgetown University Law center in 1992. Mark is a long time valley resident and has served on the Executive Board of Body Positive and is involved with several other valley law groups and non-profit charities.

Marks’s extensive experience in law as well as Human Resources creates a safe and credible work environment for our staff, vendors and patrons. You’ll often see Mark dropping by the restaurants (yes in a shirt and tie – he is an attorney after all).
